You may return new, unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return an item:
1. Sign in to your account and click "completed". If you did not create an account upon checkout, please click forgot password and enter your email. You will then be prompted via email with further instructions.
2. Click the option "return item(s)" next to the corresponding order.
3. Choose the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
4. Click "Submit Return Request".
*Once you submit your request, you will be notified via email with further details from us including the address of where to send back your merchandise. Please do not mail back the items until you hear from us.*
If you have any questions please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive a refund back to the original form of payment. We recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier such as FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. We cannot guarantee the style/size you need will be available at our warehouse when we receive your return. We ask that you follow the return policy to send back the merchandise and place a NEW order on our website.
We currently only ship within the United States and offer two flat rate shipping options, Ground and Express. Please note, Express shipping is not available for PO BOX addresses and Alaska.
